I finally purchased the six colours set from eBay and I am excited to show you the lip swatches I have done. Although I love the quality and the beautiful shades of these lip tint, I dread the drying-ness of these lip products; they are one of the most drying lip tints I own in my collection and while I was doing the lip swatches yesterday, there were so many moments that I wanted to give up and be like "no more swatches"!

It is suggest to apply a liberal amount of the lip tint pack onto clean lips, let it dry for five to ten minutes, then gently peel the lip tint pack off. Apply lip balm or lip gloss for addiction moisture.

In my experience, the Berrisom Oops My Lip Tint Pack takes approximately fifteen minutes to dry down, the drying time depends on the amount of product you have applied; and during the drying time, it is a must to have your mouth open at all times. It is a no-no to press your lips together or rub your lips while it is drying as the texture is very sticky and it will ruin what you have just applied, which resulting in having to re-apply the product and the outcome wouldn't be what you wanted because you have applied too much and the colour turned out to be too dark.
The application of these lip tint pack is so messy and uneven, if apply too much they drip and if apply not enough they won't peel. It is sometimes frustrating when the product smears everywhere at the start of the application; but once it dried and peel off, the colour stays put, it is truly waterproof, smudge proof, transfer-free as Berrisom has claimed.
These are also very long lasting and they usually wears for nine hours on me, non of these has ever reached the 12 hours point as it claimed. Whether it is a darker or lighter shade, the colours fades once it hits the eight to nine hours wearing time, the colours fades evenly and it doesn't smear around.

ReplyDeleteThank you for your comment Panda ♥
DeleteSo you wouldn't recommend these for those with drier lips?! The concept behind them is definitely intriguing though. We wouldn't mind trying out one for ourselves

Although it is drying, I would still recommend it if you are looking for super long lasting lip tints. My suggestion is to apply a very moisturizing lip balm after peeling off the lip tint ♥
DeleteThis is pretty cool but I wonder if the peel-off feature is more gimick-y then purposeful :p
ReplyDeleteBeautiful images by the way, that lighting is just DIVINE!
Thank you Jasmine, summer always has great lighting heheh ♥
DeleteI'm not really a fan of the lighter colors, but the stain the darker ones leave look soooo pretty. I keep reading and finding reviews for these tint packs, but I feel like I would go crazy trying to apply these. I would be too scared of uneven lines/application/color.
ReplyDeleteHaha it looks all very uneven in my after pictures; but I feel like once it fades a little, the whole lip color is gorgeous ♥
DeleteI like the way the darker colors appear after they dry! I just don't know if I would have the patience. LOL Thanks for this honest review Kay.
