Missha All Clear Tint Remover ♡ Review + Demo On One Of The Toughest Lip Stains

Missha All Clear Tint Remover

Out of curiosity, I bought the Missha All Clear Tint Remover in hopes that it would easily remove tough lip stains and liquid lipsticks without damaging my lips from all the scrubbing and pulling.

I have been trying this product for awhile now and today I want to share with you my thoughts on this lip tint remover. I did a demonstration on one of the toughest lip stains I own, showing the results both on arm swatch and lip swatch.

Missha All Clear Tint Remover

Missha All Clear Tint Remover is described as a tint remover that helps erase thoroughly just by rubbing and washing. It claims to be a lip cleansing product that is stronger than a lip and eye remover and that it will erase tint color on the lips completely, leaving lips feeling moisturized and comfortable after cleansing. This remover has a sweet and fresh citron scent that leaves a strong fragrance aftertaste and the formula is said to be better than any other general cleansing product.

I tested the Missha All Clear Tint Remover on the Berrisom Oops My Lip Tint Pack that I have recently reviewed. I did a lip swatch of all six lip tints and it stained my lips pretty badly as each of these lip tints are very long wearing, especially the darker shades.

Missha All Clear Tint Remover

1st arm swatch picture shown:
All six Berrisom Oops My Lip Tint Packs swatched on arm.

2nd arm swatch picture shown:
Removing the lip tints with the Missha All Clear Tint Remover and a cotton pad (used approximately three to four cotton pads).

3rd arm swatch picture shown:
The top part where I removed with the Missha All Clear Tint Remover seems to have gone completely. I used three to four cotton pads and I scrubbed and rubbed a little.

Missha All Clear Tint Remover seemed to work well with arm swatches or any non-sensitive surface as I have only used three to four cotton pads, a few pumps of the tint remover and a few scrubs here and there to fully removed the stain.

1st lip swatch picture shown:
The result of after swatching all six Berrisom Oops My Lip Tint Packs. As you can see my lips were stained pretty badly (I remember the stained lasted through the next day).

2nd lip swatch picture shown:
Removing the lip tints with the Missha All Clear Tint Remover, used approximately ten cotton pads to remove the stain, scrubbed and dragged my lips during removable to the fact that I could not handle the pain no more that I gave up. Felt like I've used half of the bottle of the tint remover.

3rd lip swatch picture shown:
The stains seems to have faded and isn't as strong as the first picture, the inner lips were still very much stained. This is after removing with 'nearly half a bottle of tint remover' and 'nearly half a packet of cotton pads'. (it's time like this that I feel like I should exaggerate a bit).

I wouldn't say I am completely disappointed with the Missha All Clear Tint Remover as it did a great job removing the arm swatches and it does remove liquid lipsticks such as the Kylie Lip Kits (those are hard to remove) easily without having to scrub the lips. I didn't have many expectation for it to fully remove the stains of the lip swatches because the lips area is a sensitive part of the body, even waterproof lip remover can't remove the stains completely, how can Missha do it?! Didn't Missha claimed that this is better than any lip or eye remover?

Overall, I am glad to have tried the Missha All Clear Tint Remover, but at the same time I will not recommend it because it's a waste of money, even though it is so affordable (I purchased for USD $4.99 from Rinishop on eBay) and it is hassle-free to purchase from eBay. This product works as good as any supermarket branded waterproof eye and lip remover, but it's not better as Missha claimed.

Below is a video I uploaded to Instagram a few days ago, showing how good this product is at removing the Kylie liquid lipstick.

Urban Decay Revolution Lipgloss Double Shot Travel Size Duo ♡ Review + Swatches

Urban Decay launched a new range of Revolution Lipgloss in 2015 and these are one of the best lipgloss I have tried in my life. I was able to purchase the travel sized duo to try before I decide on the full size and I am excited to share with you my thoughts on these products.

Urban Decay Revolution Lipgloss Double Shot Travel Size Duo
Urban Decay Revolution Lipgloss Double Shot Travel Size Duo

Urban Decay Revolution Lipgloss Double Shot Travel Size Duo is a Limited Edition set with two ultra pigmented shades of Revolution High-Color Lipgloss, one being a best selling neutral (Liar) and another is an exclusive vibrant fuchsia (Anarchy).

Revolution Lipgloss is described as a high-impact lip color that is loaded with shine, it has a super creamy texture that is full coverage and glossy. It claims to deliver an ultra pigmented color in one swipe, also it claims to hydrates lips during wear and it is a lip product that will make your lips appear plumper and fuller.

♥ PACKAGING
Urban Decay Revolution Lipgloss comes packaged in a slim, long, clear tube, the travel size packaging is exactly the same as the full size, except that there is an obvious size difference. The tube is made of plastic, but it feels luxury and it has a textured look all over.

♥ APPLICATOR
Revolution Lipgloss is designed with a plush silicone paddle applicator, its quality is soft, flexible and durable, it is able to deliver a precise line with the tip and it feels comfortable during application. The applicator is a little bigger than general lipgloss applicators, I love that the tip of the applicator allows me to get into the corner without all the mess and the body of the applicator allows me to deliver a one swipe full coverage look.

♥ TEXTURE & FORMULA
The texture of these Revolution Lipgloss is soft and creamy, they feel velvety when applied and the formula is hydrating during wear. I personally don't mind lipgloss that are sticky, as long as they aren't stricky when I talk, but of course I also adore lipgloss that are not sticky. Revolution Lipgloss doesn't have a thick and tacky texture and it is not sticky at all.

♥ SCENT
I don't mind lip products that are scentless, but I much prefer them to have flavors. Although the Revolution Lipgloss has no scent to them at all, I love that they wears and feels so comfortable.

Urban Decay Revolution High-Color LIAR Lipgloss is described as a medium pink nude shade, it is a beautiful everyday neutral. Liar is like a darkened nude color, I love this shade and I am glad that it doesn't give me that 'concealer lips looks'. Liar applies in full coverage, no streaking nor smearing or feathering during wear.

Urban Decay Revolution High-Color ANARCHY Lipgloss is described as a bright fuchsia, it is such a wearable beautiful bright pink shade. If it wasn't for this duo set, I probably would have never purchased Anarchy as the color looks insanely bright in the tube and on the internet, but in real life it's not that crazy; I mean it is bright, but you can build up the intensity, mostly importantly I love that it is bright but everyday wearable.

♥ PIGMENTATION
Revolution Lipgloss is super pigmented and it is exactly what Urban Decay claims to be "ultra-pigmented color in one swipe". Whether it is a neutral or bright shade, both lipglosses I own has an excellent color coverage. Most of the times I like to apply several time even though it is already so pigmented, I feel like if applied two to three coverage, it can deliver a much more fuller and plumper lips look and it's a true fact.

♥ LONGEVITY
Liar (neutral shade) and Anarchy (bright shade) are both long wearing for a lipgloss, Liar wears approximately four hours, while Anarchy wears up to six hours. During each wear I have drink water and munch on food. After meal, Liar seems to have gone completely and Anarchy seems to have faded a little in the middle of the lips.

if yes, what is your favourite shade?

NARS Audacious Lipstick ♡ Brigitte Review + Swatches

NARS Audacious Lipstick - Brigitte
NARS Audacious Lipstick - Brigitte
NARS Audacious Lipstick - Brigitte
NARS Audacious Lipstick - Brigitte

NARS Audacious Lipstick is described as a modern lipstick that dresses up lips with bold coverage and ultra soft texture. It is a weightless, color-saturated lip product that glides on effortlessly and it claims to achieve a single-stroke coverage.

There are forty shades of NARS Audacious Lipsticks available and it was such a difficult decision to make when I purchased my first lipstick from this range. I finally decided on Brigitte, although I already own a handful of these types of colors, one more cannot hurt right?!

NARS Audacious Lipstick - Brigitte

NARS Audacious Lipstick in Brigitte is described as a nude rose with a luxury texture. It comes packaged in a sleek black tube with "NARS" wrapped around the bottom of the lipstick, it also has a magnetic closure which I thought was pretty awesome. I like that the magnetic closure can prevent the cap of the lipstick from coming off (loose lipstick caps often comes off while caring in the handbag and not only does it ruin the lipstick, it ruins the bag too).

NARS Brigitte is an everyday wearable pink coral shade that delivers a full coverage with one swipe, its application glides on smoothly without tugging or dragging the lips. The lipstick applies evenly and even on days that I didn't exfoliate my lips, it looks gorgeous on without emphasis the lip lines and dry patches. The formula is very creamy and buttery and it wears for up to five hours without smearing or feathering.

♥ THINGS I LOVE ♥
simple but absolutely gorgeous sleek packaging
love the magnetic closure to prevent loose cap
smooth, soft and creamy texture
long wearing for a lighter color
have NARS embossed on the actual lipstick
everyday wearable color
does not emphasis lines and dry patches

what is your favourite NARS Audacious Lipstick?

Jeffree Star Velour Liquid Lipstick ♡ Dirty Money Review + Swatches

Jeffree Star Dirty Money Liquid Lipstick
Jeffree Star Dirty Money Liquid Lipstick

Today I will be reviewing the Jeffree Star Dirty Money Liquid Lipstick that I have purchased months ago. I have previously tried a few other shades of the Jeffree Star liquid lipsticks and later sold them all because they weren't what I have expected; I mean they are great qualities, but I just didn't enjoy them as much. I only decided to buy Dirty Money because the color is so different and so unique.

Jeffree Star Dirty Money Liquid Lipstick

Jeffree Star Dirty Money Liquid Lipstick is described as a look of cold cash as its color is inspired by money (American money). It is a limited edition liquid lipstick that claims to goes on opaque and dries completely matte that will stay on for hours.

Jeffree Star's makeup products are 100% vegan and cruelty free and with each of their liquid lipsticks, they have suggested to exfoliate your lips before use, also avoid food with oil so that the formula stays on foreverrrrr.

Jeffree Star Dirty Money Liquid Lipstick
Jeffree Star Dirty Money Liquid Lipstick

♥ PACKAGING
Jeffree Star Velour Liquid Lipsticks comes packaged in a bright pink box with gold stars prints in the front, the liquid lipstick name is printed on a pink sticker and pasted on the top of the box and the sides of the box has all kinds of details like where the product is made and what ingredients are included etc... The actual product comes in a clear tube with pretty pink caps that has the same star design as the cardboard box. The liquid lipstick comes with a short wand and a large sized doe foot applicator which made applications much easier.

♥ FORMULA
The formula of these liquid lipsticks are creamy and liquid-y and they dry down to a complete matte in two minutes. They are not ideal for layered as the more you apply, they thicker and heavier it feels, but these doesn't crack and peel off when layered over and over. Most of the time Jeffree Star liquid lipsticks does not need to be layered over as these are insanely pigmented; the only time I do layer the liquid lipstick is when these dries to a matte and the inner lips looks bare.

♥ SCENT
Jeffree Star liquid lipsticks doesn't have any scents, no gross paint smell or sweet lolly scents. It's just absolutely no smell at all. The ones that are sensitive to scented lip products would find these amazing and the one that loves scented products (like myself) probably cannot stand it (cause I can't!).

♥ APPLICATION
The large, chunky doe foot applicator makes application much easier as it is able to deliver a full coverage with just one swipe. Application is sometimes messy as these are liquid formula but the applicator is easy to work with.

♥ DURING WEAR
Ever since Jeffree Star released his liquid lipstick line, I have owned Redrum, I'm Royalty, Prom Night, I'm Nude, Celebrity Skin, Queen Supreme, 715 and non of those I have worn over 30 minutes per application. I really wanted to try and see how these really wear and I did tested Dirty Money for over an hour, that was the longest I could make it. These liquid lipsticks does wear comfortably if you don't layer the products, they feel weightless and feel almost not there. Each of the liquid lipstick is full of pigmentation, they were hard to remove even with waterproof lip remover and they stain afterwards. The reason that I have purchased, sold them and re-purchased again is because these are actually pretty amazing, I love their pigmentation and formula etc; but there is just something not right and at the same time I want to own them all because they are amazing... SO COMPLICATED RIGHT?!

♥ DIRTY MONEY
Dirty Money is as stated inspired by the color of American money. The color is so unique that I fell in love with it as soon as I saw swatches of the shade on Instagram. Dirty Money fits its name perfectly as it's got that dirty green shade with a bit of grey. I know the color is not everyday wearable and I probably would be too scared to wear it out, but I just love it and it was one of the 'must have' items in my wishlist.

Too Faced Melted Kisses & Sweet Cheeks Set ♡ Swatches

This is a long overdue swatch post, it's been sitting in my draft posts since October last year. I don't want to call this a 'review post' because I have sold most of its products from this set, but I do still want to post this as the photos are very pretty.

Sometimes (most times) I buy makeup base on its cute packaging and I knew that I wasn't going to like the Love Flush blushes as much as I should, but I still bought the set because it's super cute!

Too Faced Melted Kisses & Sweet Cheeks Set
Too Faced Melted Kisses & Sweet Cheeks Set

Too Faced Melted Kisses & Sweet Cheeks was released as part of the holiday collection in 2015, it contains three deluxe size of melted lipsticks and three deluxe size of love flush blushes. The set is Limited Edition, but the products included are available to purchase individually as full sized items.

Too Faced Melted Kisses & Sweet Cheeks Set

Inside the Too Faced Melted Kisses & Sweet Cheeks Sets, the melted lipsticks and love flush blushes are packed in pairs into individual gift boxes. Each mini duo are color coordinated, there is a pair of purple, a pink and a nudes.

♥ Too Faced Melted Liquified Long Wear Lipstick is described as a liquid lipstick with high shine gloss and long-wearing formula. Its texture is claimed to be creamy and comfortable and it promised to deliver an intense, high-impact, super rich, saturated color that last for hours. (I agree! I agree with all Too Faced claims! Melted Peony is my all time favourite!!!)

♥ Too Faced Love Flush Long-Lasting Blush is described as a long-wear, fade-proof, smudge-proof formula that keeps your cheeks perfectly flushed for up to 16 hours. It claims to be a richly pigmented blush that will look great on any skin tones. (I have tried a few of their Love Flush Blushes and I've never been a fan >.<)

Too Faced Melted Peony has always been my favorite lip products, I love that it is super long-wearing and it doesn't smudge or feathered despite its glossy formula. I also have Melted Nude and I am glad to have Melted Fig.

Prior to buying the Too Faced Melted Kisses & Sweet Cheeks Set, I have tried the Love Flush Blush in Justify My Love and Your Love Is King, I don't like either of them because I find the blush to be too powdery. The blushes are so amazingly pigmented and if you are heavy handed like me, you may end up fixing a clown mess lol. I find that the blushes doesn't blend well, but are very long-wearing.

kinda off-topic:
have you tried the Too Faced Melted Chocolate?
