Have you been eyeing up on the Urban Decay Electric Palette, but you are not sure if you want to spend USD $49.00 just on one palette?? Well... I have a solution for you ~ ^^ it's not the exact dupe, but it's similar.

I have been eyeing up on the Urban Decay Electric Palette for a long long time, but I just couldn't get my hands on it; especially not when it cost over NZD $100.00 over here! Ahhhh *screams*! Why is it so expensive over here?! You can't buy the UD Electric Palette in stores in New Zealand, but there are a few NZ online beauty stores that sells them and of course, these can be purchased from the Urban Decay website using a mail forwarding service.

Anyway, I spot the Sleek i-Divine Ultra Mattes V1 Brights Palette on makeup.co.nz and as soon as I saw the palette, I thought of Urban Decay Electric!

I have always imagined the Sleek eyeshadow palettes sizes are very big, probably cause I don't own any Sleek products until I bought the Sleek i-Divine Ultra Mattes V1 Brights Palette. I have also bought a Sleek lipstick along with this order, the lipstick is like half the size of a MAC lipstick; okay, I may have exaggerated a bit, but you get what I mean, it's small.

If the Sleek family is human, they would probably be a petite family.

Sleek i-Divine Ultra Mattes V1 Brights Palette comes packaged in a black matte-ish palette with Sleek Makeup embossed on the front. The palette tends to leave finger prints here and there, but I love the simple design. The palette includes a huge mirror on one side and twelve beautiful matte eyeshadows on the other side, it also comes with one of those double ended useless spongey eyeshadow applicator.

The above Sleek i-Divine Ultra Mattes V1 Brights Palette swatches were taken in-door with flash on. While swatching the palette, some of the colors were so pigmented and easy to swatch and some were very chalky. All colors were swatched over my bare arm, no eyeshadow primers applied beforehand.

I have purchased the Sleek i-Divine Ultra Mattes V1 Brights Palette for NZD $19.95, so I was not expecting crazy good quality. It is good enough for the price thou, the colors are all very gorgeous.
