I have claimed to be a huge Disney fan, but up until today I still haven't got a chance to properly watch Frozen! I have seen bits of the movie here and there, but due to copyrights reasons, I was not able to watch the full movie. I am questioning are the Chinese really following these copyrights rules now? LOl! We have this device at home where we can watch full movies, even the newly released movies, just not Frozen :( It's too popular ~ 

Anyway, today I want to write a mini review of the Elsa lip tint from the PeriPera Disney Frozen collection. I have previously showed you all a full collection haul, well almost a full collection, I didn't get everything from the PeriPera x Disney Frozen collection, but I have purchased most of its products.

PeriPera Disney Frozen Magic Glam Tint comes in two shades, pink and orange, both shades are created based on two of the movie's main characters Elsa and Anna. I have both shades of the lip tints and today I am going to review the pink one first, which is shade 1 "Let It Go".

I wish not everything on their packaging is written in Korean, cause I don't understand a thing! Haha ~ I am guessing it's just the basic of "how to apply" and "what to avoid" etc... I would still prefer at least one side of its packaging is written in English, like most of other well-known Korean beauty brands.

PACKAGINGS

The packaging of the PeriPera Disney Frozen Magic Glam Tint is simple, yet super kawaii. It has Elsa printed on both the paper packaging and the cap of the actual lip tint. The design is very pretty and it is covered in a hot pink shade to match its actual color of the lip tint.

The tube of the lip tint is made of non transparency plastic, so there is no way for you to check how much product is left in the tube; I personally prefer a transparency tube.

I believe the lip tint applicator shown above is called a doe-foot?! I am not sure ~ it seems like more and more companies are making their lip gloss / lip tints with ones of these applicators instead of the good ol' spongey type nowadays. I actually quite enjoy it and it took me sometimes to get used to as it gets all wiggly when I apply. Does it make sense?!

I much prefer this type of doe-foot applicator than the spongey type, because it seems like all spongey types ever does is suck in your products and it feels like you're wasting heaps. I don't know, maybe it's just me.

PRODUCT SCENTS

Don't you just love a lip product that smells amazeball and has a heavenly scent?! I DO! Perhaps not for this lip tint ~ LOL! I mean I absolutely love the fruity candy taste once I have applied it on my lips, but when you sniff from the tube, it smells like rotten fruits and I am not even exaggerating!

PIGMENTATION & LONGEVITY

Above swatch was taken in natural day light without flash, as you can see the pink looks super vivid and very pigmented! I applied the lip tint to my arm early in the morning at about 10am and as soon as I have taken the picture, I have removed with a makeup remover wipe; but the stain is still there, just not as vivid. That night while in the shower I have rub my arm with body wash and it didn't do anything! By the next morning, the swatch was still there but it slowly faded away in the afternoon, by the time I have a shower that night, the tint is no longer there.

WOW ~ stayed on for 24 hours!

I then tried the lip tint on my lips, man was I nervous about the staining! LOL, I love lip tints, but I don't like those that stains for a long time ~ So I applied the lip tints to my lips on one afternoon around 1pm, took a lot of selfies ;) had a few munch of junk food, sips of water; I have removed all of my makeup by 7pm and my lips stains like kjdfklajsdk GRRRR! I tried removing with makeup remover wipes, did nothing! Tried waterproof makeup removing oils, also did nothing! Tried rubbing my lips really hard, of course it did nothing! I remembered being very frustrated cause they won't come off! So I had dinner that night, had a shower by midnight and my lips were still very red, I just couldn't remove the stains no matter what I do. I went to sleep with a stained lip, just glad it didn't transfer to any of my sheet and blankets, I woke up at around 11am with a kind of faded stained lips. I then rubbed my lips the waterproof makeup removing oils again and it faded a lot more. By that evening, the staining was fully gone and I was SUPER GLAD!

Anyway... I mentioned I took a lot of selfies ^^ and the reason why I smile all very awkward is because this lip tint makes my teeth looks very VERY yellow, almost as if I haven't brush my teen for the whole year lol. Ewww ~ hahah hope you all enjoy my pictures.
