Today I am sharing with you the two products that I have recently purchased from the Paul & Joe Spring 2017 Makeup Collection. I am not too familiar with the brand Paul & Joe, but I have always thought that their makeup products are so adorable. Like this one, it features cat designs that would make the purrrrrfect gift to any cat lovers.

The Paul & Joe Spring 2017 Makeup Collection includes 3 x Face & Eye Colors, 3 x Lipstick Refills, 3 x different designs of Lipstick Cases, 3 x Eye Color Trio, 3 x Powder Blushes, 3 x different designs of Blush Compacts and 1 x Pearl Foundation Primer.

The Paul & Joe Spring 2017 Makeup Collection features three lipsticks that has a bullet shaped like a kitty head, these are refills only and the lipsticks cases would have to be purchased separately.

The lipstick shade I have purchased is #103 Russian Blue and it is described as a clear coloured lipstick that turns slightly different shades of pink on the skin. The Tom & Jerry lipstick case shown above is not from this collection.

Upon my first time trying #103 Russian Blue I was impressed with how quickly the colour changes on skin, and while the kitty head is so unique and adorable, I find that there is some difficulties when applying around the cupid bow.

Anyway, I love this lipstick and I adore the pink shade that shown up on my skin tone. It appears that it's not too vivid neither too sheer and the lipstick has a smooth texture that applies softly and evenly. it is moisturizing during wear and it wears for around four hours on me.

Paul & Joe has released this cute cat covered face and eye colour palette to celebrate their 15th Anniversary, the Face & Eye Colour comes in three choices of different coloured, pigmented powders to compliment all skin tones. The set also features an adorable fluffy cat paw applicator.

The shade I have purchased is #107 Smitten Kitten and it is described as a terracotta and deep rosy red. The palette features a ginger and beige cat with a coral pink background and white hearts all over. 

As you can see below the pretty design is easily ruined, and that was after I have swipe the paw applicator in the pan twice.

Although the design was ruined quickly, the quality of this palette is pretty amazing. I love that the Paul & Joe Face & Eye Colour palette has a soft-to-touch texture that applies on skin smoothly, it is pigmented, but at the same time it delivers a subtle flush on the cheek.

Also, the applicator that comes in the set is a lot more useful than expected, it's fluffy and it's soft, it's able to grab just enough powder to apply on the cheek without being over-the-top.

WHERE TO BUY?!

Both the Paul & Joe Lipstick in #103 Russian Blue and Face & Eye Colour in #107 Smitten Kitten are Limited Edition products, not sure if these can be purchased in-stores as we don't have a Paul & Joe boutique in New Zealand, but these can be purchase online from eBay or Beauty Bay.

I bought both products from Beauty Bay, but they are no longer selling #107 Smitten Kitten. They still have the palette in one other shade #108 Poupounette which is described as a shimmering orange bronze and pink.
