Milani Rose Powder Blush ♡ Tea Rose & Love Potion

I have been shopping? Yes, I failed my June No Spend month? Yes.

At the end of the day, I grabbed some pretty good deals for products I have been wanting to try for a long long times and that's all it matters. I tried so hard to keep myself away from online boutiques but it just never seems to work, once you have a shopping addiction, you just can't stop.

Last month I bought two Milani Rose Powder Blushes from Liz @ Beauty Reductionista's blog sale, both aren't brand new products, they have been lightly used and it was only on sale for I think CAD $5.00 each?! I have been wanting to collect these blushes ever since they came out, but in the back of my mind I always think it's a hassle and not worth the money if I have to pay for the products then pay again for the shipping cost from my freight forwarding address in America to my address in New Zealand.

Anyway, I am just so glad Liz decided she no longer needs these blushes and I was able to grab them before anyone else does! Besides the two Milani Rose Powder Blushes I grabbed from Liz's blog sale, I also got two Dior Addict Glosses which I can't wait to try and share my thoughts with you all!

Milani Rose Powder Blush - Love Potion

Milani Rose Powder Blush - (07) Love Potion is described as a medium dark rose pink.

Milani Rose Powder Blush - (08) Tea Rose is described as a dusty light rose.

Milani have described these as "an ultra silky-soft powder blush that delivers the perfect amount of color and easily blends onto cheeks". I have yet to try these on my cheeks, but when I swatched both Love Potion and Tea Rose on my forearm, they appears to be chalky. The texture of the Milani Rose Powder Blushes are very powdery, even just a few light handed swipes on the blush, excess powder seems to go everywhere!

These Milani Rose Powder Blushes may be messy, but as you can see, the colors are gorgeous! Both swatches were taken indoor with flash on and of course, the packaging is beautiful ~

Milani Rose Powder Blushes comes packaged in a gold shade round shape pan with a clear top, the pan is simple and sturdy. The blush inside is shaped in a pretty rose design and that's the main reason I have been eyeing these blushes.

I look forward to trying out the Milani Rose Powder Blushes on my cheeks and I am hoping they aren't as chalky and powdery as my forearm swatches shown.

Have you tried the Milani Rose Powder Blushes? & What do you think of them?
