I have never tried Sally Hansen nail polish before, but I have heard of amazing things about the brand. A family friend have recently visited and gift me a couple of Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear nail colors to try, lucky me. ^^ ~ I have just done a little research on the brand and the Xtreme Wear range, Coral Reef has a rating of 4.2 out of 5, must be a really amazing polish?! Let's see what I think of it...

♥ coral in days and hot pink at night, color looks different depending on lighting

♥ bright and intensive color

♥ easy to apply, two coats for an opaque coverage

♥ the formula is quite thick but applies smoothly

♥ took 2 hours to fully dry two coats 

♥ nail polish chipped within 12 hours :( then it starts peeling off by itself within 24 hours

I have seen so many great reviews of people raving about the longevity of these, many gave positive reviews of how these Xtreme Wear nail colors last up to three days through all washing dishes and doing house works. I applied this one night, waited 3 hours watching TV, doing nothing that has to use my hands, then took a shower, made sure Coral Reef is fully set then went to sleep. Woke up the next morning, even check if my nail polishes are damage, which wasn't and got up, got ready and went to work. During the first three hours at work, it started to chip here and there (I work an office job which you can imagine it's not crazy like I have to use my hands a lot... Well I use my fingers to type on the keyboard and that's all I ever do). Then by the afternoon, Coral Reef starts to peel off by itself, I just don't understand?!

I will be trying out and reviewing the few other shades that was also gifted to me, hopefully they last longer.
